PAYMENT POLICY: A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required at the time of order placement. The remaining balance is due upon collection of your treats.

 

CAKE CARE: Once your treats leave my care, it becomes your responsibility. Please ensure your treats are transported on a flat surface and kept in a cool environment — air conditioning is highly recommended!

 

PUNCTUALITY: Kindly arrive at the agreed upon collection time. A 15-min grace period is allowed. Failure to contact me within this time may result in rescheduling your collection.
